Uterine fibroids  are non-cancerous growths that develop in or just outside a woman’s uterus (womb). Uterine fibroids develop from normal uterus muscle cells that start growing abnormally.

Causes of Uterine fibroids

The exact cause of Uterine Fibroid is still not clear but their growth appears to depend on increasing estrogen hormone levels. Genetic factors are known to include development of Uterine fibroids. Symptoms of Uterine fibroids
